温周期对苍白草蛉的滞育的影响 被引量:1

The influence of thermoperiod on diapause in Green Lacewing Spece Chrysopa Pallens

摘要 苍白草蛉 (Chrysopapallens )属于昆虫纲脉翅目 (Neuvoptera)草蛉科 (Chrysopidae)。我们在研究温度对草蛉滞育的影响时 ,发现苍白草蛉具有温周期反应 (Thermoperiodicrespones)。在无光条件下 ,在不同的温周期内Ch .pallens的滞育率明显下降 :从一昼夜高温持续 12h条件下的4 6 %— 54% ,下降到了每天 18h高温 ,6h低温的 0 %。但它被温周期为 2 7∶13℃条件处理时滞率在不同的光周期条件下都接近 10 0 %。 There was thermoperiodic responses (ThPR) occurring in green lacewing spece Chrysopa pallens Wesm. The thermoperiods consisted of a warm phase (thermophase) and cold one (cryophase). When the larvae were reared under continuous darkness, the incidence of diapausing prepupae was found to be dependent on phase duration. After dealing with the thermorhythm of 28:20°C, the incident of diapause was shown to be reduced 90% in the thermoperiod of 12h thermophase: from 46-54% (ThP 14T:10C and 15T:9C) to 0% (ThP 18T: 6C) in Ch.pallens. The diapause in lacewing spece was strongly influenced by cryophase temperature: all prepupae entered diapa. under the thermorhythm of 27:13°C. Comparative study was conducted between ThPR and photoperiodic responses in Ch. Pallens. It was suggested that the influence of the thermoperiod was weaker in diapause than that of photoperiod.
