摘要
汽机ETS(危急遮断保护系统)的拒动和误动,将会严重影响着电厂的安全和经济运行。采用继电器硬接线非智能化的控制方式,具有很大的局限性。莱城电厂#1、2机组通过设备改造,采用西门子公司的PLC S7-300双机冗余配置作为控制核心,提高了设备的可靠性。本文介绍了莱城电厂#1、2机组汽机ETS设备改造情况,着重分析改造前后两者的相同性及差异性,比较其优劣性及应用情况。
The tripping and malfunction of the turbine ETS(Emergency Trip Protection System)will seriously affect the safety of the plant and economic operation.Taking use of Chinese previous power generating units which use the hard-wired relay non-intelligent control method has great limitations constrained by the technical level.Power Plant Units numbered one and two improve equipment reliability through using Siemens PLC S7-300 dual-redundant configuration as the control.This paper introduced modification of the emgince trip protection control system of No.1 and No.2units in laicheng power plant.It analyzed the similarities and differences of them,their advantages and disadvantage as well as the application were compared.
