摘要
从赤芝子实体的乙醇提取物中分得一个新的萜类化合物。通过一维和二维核磁共振谱分析确定结构为7β,15α-dihydroxy-4,4,14α-trimethyl-3,11,20-trioxo-5α-pregn-8-en,命名为赤芝酮D(lucidone D)。
A new terpenoid, lucidone D （1）, has been isolated from Ganoderma lucidum. Its structure was determined to be 7β, 15α-dihydroxy-4, 4, 14a-trimethyl-3, 11, 20-trioxo-Sa-pregn-8-en on the basis of 1D and 2D-NMR spectral analysis.
