复苏期输入全血对失血性休克小鼠的保护作用

摘要 创伤所致失血性休克是临床上常见的危急重症,全世界每年大约有超过30万人死于失血性休克。在早期止血的基础上,液体复苏是治疗失血性休克的重要手段。值得重视的是,失血性休克引起的组织缺血以及复苏治疗后的再灌注会产生剧烈的系统性炎症反应,导致以急性肺损伤为主要表现的器官损伤心。
