摘要 高效抗反转录病毒治疗(highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)是AIDS防治的主要手段,当前抗病毒药物发展迅速,一些新的治疗策略不断出现。本文就近年来HAART药物的最新研究进展、治疗方案及治疗时机的改进、新的治疗思路进行概述。 Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) is the primary means of AIDS prevention and treatment. The antiviral agents have been developed rapidly, and new therapeutic strategies have emerged in recent years. This paper focuses on the recent progress in the antiviral agents, the improvement of treatment regimens and timing of HAART initiation, and novel insight into AIDS treatment.
