焊接热输入对DH36钢埋弧焊焊接接头CTOD值的影响

摘要 分别对DH36钢埋弧焊焊接接头试件的焊缝区和熔合区进行裂纹嘴张开位移(CTOD)韧度试验,对比分析不同热输入焊接DH36钢所得焊缝和热影响区的CTOD韧度值,探索提高焊接接头韧度的有效方法。试验结果显示,适当降低焊接热输入和层间温度能使熔合区与焊缝中心的CTOD值显著提高。 The crack tip opening displacement(CTOD) tests on both weld zone and fusion zone of DH36 steel submerged arc welded joints were carried out,and the CTOD values of weld metal and heat-affected zone metal at different welding thermal input were compared,then the solution to improve CTOD value were discussed.The results reveal that the proper reduction of welding thermal input and interpass temperature can increase CTOD value of fusion zone and weld zone obviously.
