摘要
阿魏酸酯酶是指可以水解阿魏酸甲酯、低聚糖阿魏酸酯及多聚糖阿魏酸酯中的酯键并将阿魏酸释放出来的酶,可以破坏阿魏酸在细胞壁中形成的交联结构。阿魏酸酯酶在食品、医药、造纸、饲料加工、生物燃料等诸多领域的应用越来越受到重视。该文主要介绍了阿魏酸酯酶的基因的克隆与表达、调控机制、晶体结构、分子改良及应用等方面的研究进展。
Feruloyl esterase is the enzyme which could release ferulic acid from methyl ferulate, feruloylated oligosaccharides and feruloy- lated polysaccharides. It could destroy the cross -links formed by ferulic acid in plant cell wall. Feruloyl esterase is widely used in food, medicine, paper making, feed processing, biofuel producing and biosynthesis. These applications fuel the interest on the research of feru- loyl esterases. An overview of the current knowledge of microbial feruloyl esterases focusing on gene cloning and expressing, regulatory mechanism, crystal structure analysis, gene mutation and potential applications is in this review.
