激光微织构对WC硬质合金刀具表面影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究不同能量和波长的激光参数对刀具表面微织构的影响,采用Nd∶YAG固体激光器不同参数(波长、能量)的激光烧蚀碳化钨(WC)硬质合金刀具表面,利用X350A型应力测定仪器,硬度测试仪以及光学显微镜,从残余应力、显微硬度和微观形貌等方面分析了激光微织构造型工艺对其表面特性的影响。结果表明,激光对WC硬质合金表面微织构后表面的残余应力和硬度影响较小,而不同参数的激光冲击后微观形貌区别较大。 This paper is to study the effects of different energy and wavelength laser parameters on the tool surface of micro texture, use the Nd:YAG solid laser in the different parameters of laser on tungsten carbide (WC) cemented carbide tool surface punch, the use of X-350A type stress measurement instrument, hardness tester, and optical microscope. Residual stress, micro hardness and microcosmic morphology are analyzed in terms of laser micro weave structure type process on the surface characteristics of the influence. The results show that there are not big different between residual stress and hardness of laser micro texture to WC cemented carbide substrate surface, and different parameters of the laser has different effects on the microstructure.
