摘要
采用机器人光纤激光焊接系统,进行了厚度为1.8 mm幅面为100 mm×200 mm的TC4钛合金激光焊接试验。为确保焊缝的质量,设计了一套气路保护装置。研究了激光功率、焊接速度、离焦量和保护气体流量等参数对焊接质量的影响,获得了优化焊接工艺参数:激光功率850~900 W、焊接速度0.7~0.9 m/min、离焦量-0.8^-0.5 mm。
The laser welding experiments of TC4 titanium alloy with 1.8mm thickness and 100 mm × 200 mm format are performed with robotic fiber laser welding system. A gas circuit protection device is designed to improve the weld quality. The relationship between the process parameters including laser power, welding speed, defocus amount, shielding gas flow and the weld quality is examined. And the optimized parameters there are: laser power 820 -900 W; welding speed 0.7 -0.9 m/min; defocus amount 0.8-0.5 mm.
