原位冰水降温保护下机器人辅助孤立肾保留肾单位手术的初步尝试 被引量:5

摘要 长时间温缺血一直制约着腹腔镜肾部分切除术的应用。一般认为温缺血30min是肾脏出现不可逆损伤的节点。但最新研究表明:缺血每延长1min,都对术后肾功能恢复造成更多不利的影响。对于对侧肾脏上正常的患者而言,由于代偿机制存在,术者对手术安全性的重视程度要远高于残肾功能保护。然而,面对孤立肾患者,保证手术安全的同时,也应最大限度地保留残肾功能,避免术后透析的结局。
