高度近视脉络膜厚度的加强深度成像检查研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 高度近视脉络膜厚度下降可能是病理性近视发病过程中的重要环节。传统频域光相干断层扫描(SD-10CT)脉络膜成像不全,近年出现的加强深度扫描模式(EDI)技术有利于反映脉络膜全层图像。通过EDI技术能够在体观察和随访高度近视人群的脉络膜微观结构,并进行定量分析。随着EDI分辨率的提高,今后还可以定性观察脉络膜细微结构改变,从而加深对高度近视眼底病变形成机制的认识。
