比阿培南治疗血液系统疾病感染1090例疗效的多中心回顾性研究 被引量：5

摘要 碳青霉烯类抗生素是20世纪70年代发展起来的D内酰胺类新型结构的抗生素，主要通过抑制细菌细胞壁合成达到抑菌目的，并可耐受多种D内酰胺酶的水解，对革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌、需氧菌和厌氧菌等均具有超强的抗菌作用，并有良好的组织渗透性。比阿培南作为一种新型碳青霉烯类抗生素，2002年在日本获准上市，用于治疗下呼吸道、泌尿道及腹腔等感染，抗菌谱广，效果良好。为观察国产比阿培南在血液肿瘤患者中临床应用的疗效，对全国21家医院应用比阿培南治疗1090例血液病感染患者的情况进行回顾和总结。
