血清脂联素水平与2型糖尿病患者C-IMT及尿微量白蛋白排泄率的相关性

摘要 脂联素可以促使脂肪和葡萄糖的代谢，从而降低胰岛素抵抗，使敏感性得以改善，并且对患者动脉粥样硬化起到一定的抵抗。据相关数据显示，检验糖尿病患者患动脉粥样硬化的有效指标之一就是患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度（C-IMT）值。
