不同阶段的老年人对住宅的需求有所不同,因此开发一套具有发展性的通用型老年住宅将为解决老龄化社会空巢老人的养老问题提供解决方案。通用型老年住宅与其他住宅相比的优势在于:根据老年人生理心理状况和自我护理能力对老年住宅进行无障碍设施改善和空间调整,帮助老年人增强生活自理能力、安享幸福晚年。
The senior citizens in different age groups have different requirements, so the development of universal senior residence will provide solutions for empty nest elders＇ elder-care issues in aging society.
