P2X7受体对骨重建的动态调节作用

摘要 三磷酸腺苷((adenosine-triphosphate,ATP)是一种高能磷酸化合物,可以储存和传递化学能。ATP的分子结构可以简写成A—P—P~P,其中A代表腺苷,P代表磷酸基团,~代表一种特殊的化学键,叫做高能磷酸键,其断裂时可以释放大量的能量。ATP可以水解,这实际上是指ATP分子中高能磷酸键的水解。在细胞中,它与二磷酸腺苷的相互转化实现贮能和放能,从而保证细胞各项生命活动的能量供应。除了这些生理功能外,细胞外ATP还是机体的重要信号因子,其可与细胞表面的特异受体结合,调节细胞的生理功能变化。
