基于连续组织切片的泪槽区域三维可视化研究 被引量:1

Three-dimensional visualization research of tear trough area based on serial tissue slices

摘要 目的建立基于连续组织切片的泪槽区域三维可视化模型。方法取5例(10侧)新鲜尸头行泪槽区域解剖,另取1例新鲜老年尸头的泪槽区域组织行连续切片,再行HE及MASSON染色,利用高清数码相机拍照获取切片的二维图像信息。使用Photoshop3.0图像处理软件及3D—doctor三维重建软件对图像进行配准、分割及三维重建。结果解剖可见泪槽区域存在眼轮匝肌支持韧带,其位于眶内侧与眶下缘,起白骨膜,穿过眼轮匝肌止于皮下。组织学见泪槽区域有纤维结构穿行于眼轮匝肌之间,起自眼轮匝肌深面及骨膜,穿过眼轮匝肌止于皮下。重建后的三维立体模型形象地展示了泪槽区域各解剖结构的空间位置及毗邻关系,各解剖结构能单独或搭配显示,且模型可从多角度进行观察。结论采用连续组织切片并借助重建软件,可以在个人计算机上实现泪槽区域的三维重建,对泪槽畸形的治疗有一定的指导意义。 Objective To establish a three-dimensional visualization model of tear trough area by serial tissue slices. Methods Five fresh cadaverie head specimens ( 10 sides) were selected and dissected at tear trough area. Sample from an old fresh cadaveric was performed serial slices and then they were stained by HE staining and Masson staining. The digital camera with high definition was used to obtain two-dimensional images and then the messages were registered, divided and three-dimensional reconstruction by Photoshop 3.0 image processing software and 3D-doctor three-dimensional reconstruction software. Results There was a ligament through the orbital orbicularis oculi in tear trough area. It located in the medial orbital and infraorbital margin and originated from the periosteum terminate in the skin through the orbicularis oculi. There were fibers through the orbieularis oculi muscle in tear trough area. It originated from undersurface of orbicularis oculi muscle and the periosteum terminate in the skin through the orbicularis oculi. The three-dimensional visualization model displayed the spatial position and abutting relation of each anatomical structure in tear trough area visually. The anatomical structure could display alone or combined, and the model could be observed from various angles. Conclusion Three dimensional reconstruction of tear trough area can complete on personal computer with three-dimensional reconstruction software by serial tissue slices. The three-dimensional visualization model of tear trough area has guidance meaning for the treatment of tear trough deformity.
