摘要
目的探讨采用孔周黏膜翻转法修补鼻中隔穿孔的疗效观察。方法应用孔周黏膜翻转法对17例陈旧性鼻中隔穿孔进行修复,术后行鼻内镜观察修补效果。结果17例患者采用孔周黏膜翻转法修补鼻中隔穿孔,术后随访2个月～1年,术后2周1例出现穿孔后上缘小穿孔,其他患者未再出现穿孔。结论采用孔周黏膜翻转法修补鼻中隔穿孔,可取得良好效果,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of nasal septum perforation repair with the method of turning mucosa surrounding the perforation. METHODS 17 cases of chronic nasal septal perforation were repaired by turning mucosa surrounding the perforation. The effect of repair was evaluated under endoscope. RESULTS 17 cases of chronic nasal septum perforation were repaired. The patients were followed up from 2 months to 12 months. A small perforation occurred in 1 cases 2 weeks after the surgery, no reperforations were found in the other patients. CONCLUSION Turning the surrounding mucosa to mend the perforation of nasal spetum is efficient and recommendable.
