维生素D、自噬与多发性硬化

摘要 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是导致青年人残疾的最常见中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病.目前认为MS是一种确切病因尚不清楚的以CNS脱髓鞘为主要病理损害的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,遗传易患性以及环境因素共同参与了MS的发病过程.维生素D缺乏、某些特殊病原体如EB病毒感染、吸烟等是目前较为认可的与MS发病风险相关的环境因素[1].维生素D缺乏容易干预,对MS的预防和治疗具有重要的研究和应用价值.
