摘要
下肢疼痛伴足跖徐动症（painful legs and moving toes,PLMT）是一种少见的运动障碍性疾病，主要表现为肢体疼痛伴远端的重复但非节律性的不自主动作。该病在1971年首先由Spillane等报道，表现为下肢的疼痛和远端足跖的不自主动作。自此以后，仅累及上肢，或口舌等其他部位的变异型也被陆续报道。
