摘要 胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,多呈浸润性生长.与正常脑组织之间无明显界限,目前的治疗效果不理想。其中,肿瘤细胞高度侵袭是胶质瘤高复发、高死亡率的主要原因,同时也是胶质瘤发生、发展进程中重要的生物学标志,与胶质瘤患者的预后密切相关。围绕着肿瘤侵袭机制的研究一直以来就是胶质瘤研究的重点。
