颅颌面坚强内固定（二）颅颌面骨折手术入路选择：标准入路与改良入路 被引量：6

摘要 选择正确的手术入路是保证颅颌面骨折手术成功的关键。长期以来，手术入路的选择远不及手术程序受到重视，鲜见有关手术入路选择的报道与论著，临床多依据经验与习惯做出选择，从而导致同一部位可能有多种入路。随着医学影像学的发展、手术器材的改良与固定材料的进步，特别是手术入路与手术效果的密切关系，
