摘要
以Cd(NO3)2·4H2O和Na2MoO4·2H2O为原料,采用沉淀法制备Tb3+离子掺杂的CdMoO4微纳米颗粒。在600℃下,分别对样品保温1 h、3 h,通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)、荧光光谱分析(PL)对样品进行了表征。结果表明,产物为纯白钨矿型纯四方相CdMoO4,在1650 cm-1、1376 cm-1、756 cm-1处的特征吸收峰对应于[MoO4]2-四面体中Mo-O键的反对称伸缩振动,在3500~3300 cm-1和430 cm-1处出现明显的红外特征吸收带,可能是CdMoO4∶Tb3+吸附水羟基弯曲振动而引起的。在310 nm激发下,CdMoO4∶Tb3+,主峰都位于547.5 nm处,484 nm、547.5 nm、611.5 nm分别对应于Tb3+的5D4-7F6、5D4-7F5、5D4-7F3的跃迁。
CdMoOn:Tb3+ nanoparticles were synthesized by precipitation method using Cd (NO3)2 4H2O and Na2MoO4 2H2O as raw materials. Two kinds of samples under the 600 ~C were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR), fluorescence spectrometer (PL). XRD analysis results showed that the preparation of nanoparticles crystallize in tetragonal system of scheelite type. the band of 1650,1376,756 cm-1 is observed in IR spectra of the free glycine acid and assigned to v [ MoO4 ] 2- absorption. In addition, a strong and broad band has been observed at 3500-3300 cm-1 are assigned to v(OH) absorption with the hydrogen bonds. The emission spectrum excited by 310 nm exhibits two launch peaks of,484 nm,547.5 nm,611.5 nm,which are related to 5D4-7F6 ,5D4-TF5 ,5D4-7F3 transitions respectively.
