摘要
为了解释一维大周期数声子晶体全反射隧穿效应的产生机理,利用波的干涉理论推导出一维大周期数声子晶体的全反射隧穿峰的透射率公式和频率公式,成功解释了一维大周期数声子晶体的全反射隧穿现象的产生机理。利用干涉理论和共振理论对一维大周期数声子晶体全反射隧穿现象的特征进行了比较研究,两者的结论是一致的。
In order to explain the reason of the total reflection tunnel in 1D large number of cycles phononic crystal, transmittance formula and frequency formula of the total reflection tunnel are derived by interference theory, and the total reflection tunnel causes is explained. The total reflection tunnel causes are studied by the interference theory and resonance theory, and their conclusion is the same.
