摘要
对比了HFW套管、SEW套管与无缝套管的尺寸精度、残余应力和抗外压挤毁强度等。结果表明,同无缝套管相比,HFW套管和SEW套管在尺寸精度、残余应力及抗外压挤毁强度方面有较大的优势,且采用SEW工艺,较好地解决了焊缝冲击韧性低及抗腐蚀性能差的问题。因此,在其他条件相同时,采用SEW套管可解决选用无缝套管带来的抗挤强度不足问题,满足油田用户的需求。
The dimensional accuracy, residual stress and collapsing resistance of HFW casing, SEW cas ing and seamless casing were studied in this paper. The results show that compared with seamless casing, HFW and SEW casings are much better in the aforementioned characteristics. Moreover, employment of SEW process can properly solve the problems of low impact toughness and poor corrosion resistance at welded joints. Therefore, using SEW casing can avoid low collapsing resistance of seamless casing when other factors are fixed, and thus can completely meet the requirements of oilfield customers.
