Analysis of radiological features of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis

目的探讨肺泡蛋白沉着症的影像学特征及其诊断价值。方法对经临床病理证实的20例肺泡蛋白沉着症进行回顾性分析。结果胸部影像学表现多样,有地图样磨玻璃样密度影和典型的"碎石路"征等。结论胸部影像学能够充分显示肺泡蛋白沉着症的影像学特点,结合临床不难做出正确诊断。

Objective To invegtigate the radiological features and diagnostic value of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis （PAP）. Methods The imaging finding of 20 PAP cases were retrospectively analyzed and confirmed by pathology. Results The imaging presented various imaging, including map-like apperence, ground glass-like and crazy-paving sign. Conclusion It is not difficult to make adiagnosis in combination with its clinical characteristics.
