摘要
通过添加Ce到镁合金Mg-9%Al中,研究了Ce加入量及热处理对镁合金组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,随着Ce加入量增加,合金硬度增加;随着固溶时间的增加,合金硬度先增加后降低,而经过24 h固溶处理的合金硬度随时效时间的增加而缓慢增加,并最终趋于平稳。
Adding Ce into Mg-alloys, the hardness of Mg-9%A1 alloy with different addition of Ce was measured. And the effect of heat treatment on Mg-9%Al-l%Ce alloy was analysed. The results show that the hardness of Mg-alloy rises with the increase of Ce addition. With the increase of solution time, the hardness of Mg-alloy presents the trend of first increasing then decreasing, but after 24h solid solution treatment, the hardness of alloy rises slowly with the increase of the aging time, and finally reach a steady-state.
