摘要
综述了国内外航空发动机用单晶铸造高温合金热处理工艺。介绍了国外第1代至第3代单晶合金成分与热处理制度的关系及最优的热处理条件。通过分析国外单晶高温合金热处理工艺的特点,获得升温速率和冷却速率的控制对于单晶高温合金,尤其是单晶铸件使用性能影响重大。
The heat treatment processes for single-crystal superalloys in foreign aeroengines were summarized. In order to provide suggestion to the domestic development in the heat treatment process of single-crystal superalloys, the relationship of heat treatment systems and the composition of foreign single-crystal superalloys and the optimal heat treatment process were introduced from first generation to third generation. And the heat treatment characteristics of foreign single crystals were analyzed. It reveals that the control of the heating rate and the cooling rate is important to application of single-crystal superalloys, especially single-crystal castings.
