摘要
在离心轧辊生产时,个别轧辊工作层存在成分偏析,表现为工作层表面碳化物聚集的花斑缺陷,且工作层内部呈不规则层状分布。本文通过对问题轧辊的缺陷部位的硬度、化学成分和金相的检测,对花斑产生的原因进行分析,确定了成分不均、铁液紊流和离心机振动是造成轧辊花斑问题的主要原因。
Aimed at the occasional composition segregation in work coating of centrifugate roll body, resulting in carbide aggregates to form irrcgular pcck dclcts on the surface of the work coating, and carbide distribution to be irregular and lamellar. The forming reason for irregular speck was analyzed by testing hardness, composition and microstructure of the roll in defect position. The results show that the prime reasons for irregular peck defects are uneven composition, turbulent and vibration of centrifuger.
