摘要
设计了一种能快干的水基铸造涂料,铸型刷或喷上涂料后,涂层能自然干燥或只需要较短的时间内就能完成加热干燥。该方法的核心是:涂层分两层,底层为含有镁砂粉的醇基涂料,面层为以改性磷酸盐为粘结剂的水基涂料。利用底层涂料中的氧化镁,与面层涂料中的磷酸盐粘结剂进行化学反应固化,从而使面层涂料干燥获得强度,同时由于来自底层醇基涂料燃烧后的余热,更加快了面层涂料的固化反应,有利于加快面层涂料的干燥速度,从而完全实现了面层涂料的自干。制得的涂层表面光洁,强度高,能很好的满足实际使用要求。降低了单纯使用醇基或水基涂料的成本,对环境的影响也大大改善。
A type of quick-drying water-base casting coatings was designed, the casting mould brushed or sprayed the coating can dry naturally, or be able to complete the heating and drying in shorter time. The core of the method is that the coating consists of two layers, bottom layer is an alcohol-based paint containing magnesia powder, surface layer is a water-based paint modified with phosphate binder. A chemical reaction of curing befalls between the magnesium oxide in the underlying paint and the phosphate binder in surface layer paint, so that the surface coating is dried to obtain strength. At the same time, the drying speed of the surface paint accelerates because of the burning waste heat from the alcohol-based paint to realize the surface layer coating full dry. The prepared coating has smooth surface, high strength, can meet the requirements of actual use.
