针对某企业铝液电加热40 t混合炉炉门顶部耐火材料脱落现象,对原设计进行技术变更,进行局部修理,缩短了修理周期。通过规范生产管理,为延长铝液电加热40 t混合炉炉门寿命探索新途径。

Aimed at the refractory material falling off phenomenon of electric heating furnace door of 40t mixed liquid aluminum at the top in an enterprise, the original design was changed in technology, and local repair was carried out to shorten repair cycle. It explores a new way to extend the life of 40 t mixed liquid aluminum electric heating furnace.
