摘要
低压铸造工艺中,铸件的结晶时间一直是影响铸造大批量、连续化生产的重要因素。铸件的结晶时间很大程度上取决于铸件的温度变化,为此,本文设计了一种新方案,通过模糊PID控制,经过远程红外测量,实现气阀的启闭,进而对铸件温度进行降温,缩短凝固结晶时间,提高生产效率。
In low pressure casting, the crystallization time of castings has important affects on casting production. The crystallization time depends largely on the temperature changes of the casting. A new program was designed based on fuzzy PID control, the valve opening and closing were controlled by remote infrared measurement to realize the control of casting temperature, shorten solidification time, improve production efficiency.
