摘要
应用CAD技术对AZ31镁合金笔记本外壳压铸模具进行设计与分析。结果表明,应用CAD技术对压铸件进行流动、填充以及冷却等过程进行模拟分析,能够有效而快捷地找出压铸制品的成形缺陷及相关原因,从而为模具结构设计的优化以及压铸成形工艺方案的确定提供指导。
CAD technology was used to design and analyze die-casting dies for AZ31 magnesium alloy notebook case. The results show that using CAD technology to simulate and analyze flowing, filling and cooling process can effectively and quickly find out the related reasons for forming defects in die-casting products, which can provide effective guidance for the optimization of die structure design and the determination of forming process scheme.
