摘要
针对采用低压铸造工艺制备Al合金轮毂时在辐条根部位置易形成缩孔的问题,研发出一种点冷却温度控制技术,监控辐条局部温度,建立了合金液的顺序凝固。试验证明,该方法有效解决了辐条根部位置的缩孔问题,可用于实际生产。
Aimed at the problem of easy forming shrinkage in Al-alloy spoke wheel hub when using low pressure casting process to manufacture, a point-cooling temperature control technology was developed, the order solidification of alloy liquid was established by monitoring and controlling the spoke local temperature. The test result proves that this method is effective to solve the shrinkage problem at the root of spokes, it can be used for actual production.
