基于计算机模拟的火炬铝压铸件工艺方案及优化

摘要 直浇道和横浇道的结合方式及内浇道数目对充填平稳性和凝固顺序具有一定的影响。以火炬铸件浇注、凝固过程为研究对象,设计了4种压铸工艺方案,利用铸造模拟软件Z-Cast研究了4种方案的充型、凝固过程,确定了最终工艺方案,实现了顺序凝固。该研究为薄壁件铸造工艺方案设计提供了有效方法,为铸件缺陷控制提供了参考。 Taking the solidification process of torch casting as research object, lbur kinds of die-casting process were designed. The casting simulation software Z-Cast was used to study the filling and solidification process of the four schemes, the optimization process scheme was determined, the sequential solidification was achieved. The study provides an effective meihod for the process design for thin-wall casting, and provides reference for casting defect control.
