摘要
斜视患者的生存质量状况越来越受到重视，研究发现儿童和成年斜视患者均伴有不同程度的社会心理障碍、视功能异常等显著影响生存质量状况的因素。目前临床上已有经过评估的专用于斜视患者的生存质量评估量表，通过量表评估发现手术后患者生存质量显著改善．量表得分与手术效果显著相关，有研究建议生存质量评估可作为手术后效果的评价手段之一。临床L应更重视患者的生存质量评估，来指导斜视治疗，提高患者满意度。
It has been increasingly recognized that quality of life （QOL） evaluation is an important aspect of strabismus management. The impact that strabismus had on QOL in children and adults varied and included psychosocial and visual function aspects. Some questionnaires specific to strabismus have been evaluated and used in the clinic. QOL was shown to improve due to eon＇ective surgery in strabismus patients, and the questionnaire scores were related to the outcome of the surge~. Studies suggested that QOL evaluation should be used as a criteria for judging the outcome of strabismus surgery. More attention should be paid to the impact of strabismus on QOL in the clinic to improve the outcome of the surgery and patient satisfaction.
