摘要
肾复康为本校第一附属医院治疗肾小球肾炎的临床有效方剂 ,由雷公藤、黄芪、三七、益母草等药组成。通过参考Border方法复制了阳离子化小牛血清白蛋白 (C -BSA)致膜性肾小球肾炎大鼠模型 ,并观察了肾复康对该模型的药理作用。结果表明 ,肾复康可消除C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠尿蛋白 ,升高C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量及白蛋白 /球蛋白 (A/G)比值 ,降低C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠胆固醇含量、血清肌酐和尿素氮含量 ,对肾功能具有保护作用。肾复康能抑制C -BSA肾炎模型大鼠血浆的血栓素B2 (TXB2 )含量的升高和 6-酮基 -前列腺素F1α ( 6-Keto -PGF1α)含量的降低。肾复康小鼠灌胃半数致死量 (LD50 )为 ( 174 .34± 36.74 )g/kg ,与雷公藤浸膏雌性小鼠灌胃LD50 的 ( 2 9.73± 6.4 6)g/kg和雄性小鼠灌胃LD50 的 ( 10 1.74± 10 .93)g/kg比较 。
Shenfukang is an effective formula for glomerulonephritis applied in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM. It is composed of Radix Folium seu Flos Tripterygii wilfordii, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Notoginseng, Herba Leonuri, etc.. Glomerulonephritis rat model was induced by cationized bovine serum albumin (C-BSA) according to Border's method and was used to observe the pharmacological action of Shenfukang. The results showed that Shenfukang can eliminate urine protein, increase the levels of serum protein, albumin (A), globulin (G) and A/G ratio, and decrease the contents of serum cholesterol, creatinine and urea nitrogen. It can also counteract the increase of plasma TXB 2 and the decrease of plasma 6-keto-PGF 1α . LD 50 of Shenfukang for mice is 174.34±36.74?g/kg which is much larger than that of Tripterygium wilfordii (29.73±6.46?g/kg for female mice and 101.74±10.93?g/kg for male mice). It is indicated that Shenfukang exerts a protective effect on renal function and reduces toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii.
