经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注表柔比星治疗膀胱白斑

Transurethral electroresection combined with epirubici intravesical irrigation for the treatment of bladder leukoplakia

目的探讨经尿道电切术联合术后表柔比星膀胱灌注治疗膀胱白斑的疗效。方法对31例膀胱白斑患者行经尿道电切术及术后膀胱内表柔比星灌注治疗。结果 31例患者手术均获成功,随访6～24个月,治愈21例(67.7%),好转8例(25.8%),无效1例(3.2%),1例(3.2%)复发。结论经尿道电切联合膀胱灌注表柔比星治疗膀胱白斑疗效满意,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral electroresection combined with epirubici intravesical irrigation for the treatment of bladder leukoplakia.Methods Tirty one cases of patients with bladder leukoplakia were treated with transurethral electroresection and bladder instillation of epirubici.Results The 31 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months after treatment.21 patients were cured,8 patients’symptoms were relieved,1 cases had recurrence.Conclusion Tranurethral electroresection combined with bladder instillation of epirubici Results in better clinical outcomes in treating bladder leukoplakia.
