氦氖激光联合消炎生肌膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡临床护理观察

Clinical nursing observation on the He-Ne Lasers plus Anti-inflammatory muscle cream in the treatment of the chronic ulcer of lower limb

目的探讨氦氖激光联合消炎生肌膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将84例下肢慢性溃疡患者随机分为两组,观察组42例,对照组42例,对照组患者常规碘伏消毒创面及雷夫奴尔敷料覆盖包扎。观察组患者碘伏消毒创面后先用氦氖激光照射,再涂以消炎生肌膏,将两组疗效进行观察比较。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组愈合时间明显低于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氦氖激光照射联合消炎生肌膏治疗下肢慢性溃疡,疗效显著,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To detect the clinical therapeutic effect of the He-Ne Lasers plus Antiinflammatory muscle cream in the treatment of chronic ulcer of lower limb.Methods 84 patients with chronic ulcer of lower limb were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（42cases）was treated with iodine and Ethacridine Lactate,while the control group（42 cases）with the He-Ne Lasers plus Anti-inflammatory musclecream.Results The total effective rates were 95.24% for treatment group and 83.33% for control group（P＆lt; 0.05）,significant difference existed.The healing-time was markedly lower in the study group than in the control group,with significant difference（P＆lt; 0.01）.Conclusion The He-Ne Lasers plus Anti-inflammatory muscle cream is effective in the treatment of chronic ulcer of lower limb,with the clinical application value.
