病区的护理安全管理

目的探讨病区常见的护理安全隐患,制定护理管理措施。方法收集整理2011年5月～2012年5月在本院住院,且因护理管理不当,导致患者及家属不满意的20例投诉案例。分析此20例事件,护理安全隐患以及可采取的护理干预措施。结果通过分析上一年度的护理投诉案件中护理安全隐患,加强对护理人员的管理以及工作监管力度,积极减少护理风险的发生。结论随着人们对护理工作内容的提升,护理安全管理须引起广大的医护人员的重视。

Objective：To investigate the nursing safety hidden common,making nursing management measures.Methods：collected in 2011 May-2012 year in May in our hospital,and improper nursing management,resulting in 20 cases of complaints of patients and their families are not satisfied with the.Analysis of these 20 cases,nursing security hidden danger and but take nursing intervention measures.Results：through the analysis of on one year nursing complaint cases of hidden danger for nursing safety,strengthen the management and supervision,actively reduce the occurrence of nursing risk.Conclusion：with the increase of people of nursing care,nursing safety management must cause the majority of health care personnel.
