细胞因子抗体及地塞米松对小鼠脓毒血症心肌及骨骼肌ATP含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】观察和比较细胞因子抗体及地塞米松 (DXM )对脓毒血症心肌及骨骼肌细胞腺苷三磷酸 (ATP)含量的影响。【方法】制作小鼠盲肠结扎穿孔 (CLP)脓毒血症模型 ,分别注射生理盐水、IL 1βAb、TNFαAb、IFNγAb、IL 1βAb +TNFαAb+IFNγAb ,以及DXM ,观察各组小鼠心肌及骨骼肌ATP含量。【结果】①CLP模型心肌及骨骼肌细胞ATP含量严重减少。②IL 1βAb、TNFαAb使CLP模型小鼠心肌和或骨骼肌ATP含量轻度增加。而IL 1βAb +TNFαAb +IFNγAb ,以及DXM使CLP模型小鼠心肌及骨骼肌ATP含量增加较为明显 ,其中DXM使CLP模型心肌、骨骼肌细胞ATP含量增加 6~ 8倍。【结论】IFNγAb、DXM能显著改善脓毒血症小鼠心肌、骨骼肌细胞ATP储存。 Objective To observe the influences of antibody of cytokine and dexamethasone (DXM) on the content of ATP of myocardium in sepsis model. Methods 9 g/L NaCl, IL-1 βAb, TNF αAb, IFN γAb, IL-1 βAb+TNF αAb+IFN γAb, and DXM was injected into sepsis model of cecum ligation puncture (CLP) respectively. The content of ATP in myocardium and skeletal muscle was observed in each group. Results ①The content of ATP in myocardium and skeletal muscle was very low in the CLP group. ②IL-1 βAb and TNF αAb increased the ATP content of myocardium and /or skeletal muscle in CLP mice in some content. IFN γAb, IL-1 βAb+TNF αAb+IFN γAb and DXM made the ATP content increased more obviously. DXM made the ATP content increased 6~8 times compared with that of CLP group. Conclusions DXM and IFN γAb increased the content of ATP of myocardium and skeletal muscle obviously in sepsis mice.
