复合发酵蚯蚓蛋白饲料对肉猪生长性能的效果试验 被引量:5

The effect of earthworm fermentation protein on pig growth performance

摘要 选择日龄相近,体重约30kg的大×长×金育肥猪40头,随机平均分为4组。分别为2个对照组(对照组1,2)和2个试验组(试验3,4),对照组1饲喂基础饲粮,对照组2用蝇蛆粉代替3%的豆粕。2个试验组的日粮分别用复合蚯蚓发酵蛋白替代70%和30%的豆粕,结果表明:试验3组的日增重和料肉比最好,分别为0.762kg和2.225;试验4组次之,分别为0.729kg和2.308;对照1组第三,分别为0.690kg和2.455;对照2组最慢,分别为0.683kg和2.483。虽经方差分析差异不显著,但变化趋势非常明显。经分析,试验3组经济效益最高,每千克增重成本为6.777元,平均增重收入增加1.079元,头均增加收入分别比试验4组、对照组2多30元和123.6元。 40 pigs(Y×L×J) with 30kg weight were randomly divided into 4 groups: 2 control groups(Group 1,2) and 2 experimental groups(Group3,4). The animals were fed as: basic diet in groupl, maggot powder replaced 3% soybean meal in group2, Earthworm fermentation respectively replaced 70% and 30% soybean meal in group3,4. The results indicated that the average daily gain and feed conversion performed as following sequence: group3(0.762kg,2.225), 4(0.729kg,2.308),1(0.690kg, 2.455)and 2(0.683kg,2.483). The economic benefit in Group3 was the best: weight gain cost was 6.777Yuan/kg, weight gain income increased 1.079Yuan/kg. The average income revenue in Group3 was respectively 30 Yuan and 123.6Yuan higher than in Group4 and Group2.
