摘要
进行了乙醇-水-1,3-二甲基咪唑二甲酯磷酸盐([MMIM]+[DMP]-)萃取精馏的实验研究,采用乙醇-水的共沸组成进料,最优实验条件为:萃取剂的质量分数为0.30,进料温度为常温15℃,萃取剂加入速度为5 mL/min,离子液体加入20 min后,打开回流比继电器采样,最佳回流比为R=3,塔顶乙醇质量分数为99.5%。
The extractive distillation of ethanol-water-[MMIM] + [DMP]-experiment is performed in this study with ethanol-water zoetrope composition as the feed.The optimal experimental conditions are as follows:0.30 of the mass fraction of extractant,15℃ of the feed temperature and 5 mL/min of feed rate.After adding the ionic liquid for 20 minutes,the best reflux ratio R =3 and the mass fraction of ethanol at top tower is 99.5%.
