摘要
芬顿微电解法可以去除部分废水COD,并减轻后续处理负荷。研究了铁屑投加量、铁碳比、双氧水投加量、初始pH、实验时间几个主要工艺因素对预处理氯化蔗糖工艺废水的影响,并通过平行实验对比预处理前后的废水可生化性,验证了该方案对实现三氯蔗糖废水达标排放起到了关键性的作用。该工艺可将氯化蔗糖工艺废水COD从原水的11 000 mg/L降至6 000mg/L,预处理去除率达到45%。预处理后再进行生化处理,去除率达到90%,可生化性大幅提高。
The Fenton-micro electrolysis technology is used to reduce the COD of the sucralose wastewater,which reduce post-processing load of wastewater and create favorable conditions for subsequent treatment.The factors influencing the pretreatment of sucralose wastewater are studied.Though comparing the biodegradability of wastewater before and after pretreatment using parallel tests,the feasibility of this program in discharging the effluent which meets the standard level is validated.This process can reduce the COD from 11 000 mg/L to 6 000 mg/L.The removal rate of pretreatment can achieve 45% and this process does improve the biodegradability substantially.
