酪蛋白磷酸多肽体外抑菌实验研究

The study of the inhibit bacteria of casein phospho peptides in vitro.

目的 :体外观察酪蛋白磷酸多肽 (caseinphosphopeptides,CPP)对主要致龋菌变形链球菌、远缘链球菌的直接作用。方法 :将细菌活化 ,并接种于培养基内 ,通过琼脂糖扩散培养及纸片法 ,观察细菌生长和各组的抑菌程度。结果 :CPP对变形链球菌和远缘链球菌无直接抑菌作用。结论 :CPP如作为生物防龋制剂用于临床 ,尚需添加其他无毒有效的抑菌剂 ,以提高其防龋效能。

Objective:To investigate the direct inhibit effect on streptococcus. Mutans ingbritt and streptococcus. sobrinus 6715. Method: After activated and grown in the culture medium, the growth of bacteria and the inhibitory effect of CPP were investigated by argrose diffusion test and disk diffusion. Result: CPP had no inhibitory effect on bacteria. Conclusion: Some medicine will be added in CPP if used in clinic, in order to enhance its anticaries effect. [
