摘要
目的 :探讨不同支架设计对金瓷冠抗压强度的影响。方法 :对两种支架设计制作的 30个前牙金瓷冠及天然牙进行抗压强度的测定 ,记录瓷折裂时的负荷。结果 :金瓷冠比天然牙有更大的抗压强度 ;镶嵌型支架设计的金瓷比全瓷型支架设计的金瓷冠有更大的抗压强度。结论 :采用镶嵌型支架设计能提高金瓷冠的抗压强度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different frame designs on compressive strength of the ceramometal restoration. Methods: To mensure the compressive strength of 30 anterior ceramometal restorations with two frame designs and nature tooth. record the pounds of force when the porcelain failure occurred. Results: Ceramometal restorations were stronger than nature tooth; the ceramometal restorations with venner type frame designs were stronger than full-bake type frame designs. Conclusion: To select the venner type frame designs can raise the compressive strength of ceramometal restorations. [
