氟化钠涂膜防龋两年临床研究报告

Clinical study of preventive caries with soldium fluoride vanish for 2-year.

目的 :评价氟化钠涂膜对学生的防龋效果。方法 :随机抽取 12 - 13岁学生 44 9人分为实验对照两组。实验组 2 2 8人在每学年中共使用氟化钠涂膜三次 ,均为每月一次。结果 :两组患龋基线情况相比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。两年后实验组与对照组相比较 ,新增患龋率 ,新增龋失补牙数和新增龋失补牙面数分别降低 5 9.2 6 % ,5 7.90 %和 5 1.2 2 % ,有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氟化钠涂膜是一种经济有效的局部用氟防龋方法 ,而且操作简便 ,易被接受 ,适合应用于学生群体防龋。

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate caries-preventive effects of 2% NaF varnish for schoolchildren. Methods: A total 449 schoolchildren aged 12 to 13 years were randomly divided into two groups. The test group(n=228) with 2% NaF varnish was topical applied every 1 month for 3 months per annum. There was no any measures for the control group. Results: At baseline caries prevalence were no singnificant difference between two groups(P>0.05). After 2 years, the rate, DMFT, and DMFS of decline in caries incidence of the test group were 59.26%,57.90% and 51.22%,respectively, when compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The data show that NaF varnish is a cost-effective means of caries-preventive of fluoride topical application, which was simple operation, easy acceptance and well suited for community-based caries preventive in schoolchildren.
