雄黄诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的实验研究

Experimental study of inducing effect of Realgar on tumor cells

目的 观察中药雄黄诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用。方法 以细胞凋亡和免疫功能为主要观测指标 ,观察中药雄黄对荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。结果 实验表明 ,雄黄可诱导荷瘤 (L -12 10和H2 2 )小鼠的肿瘤组织凋亡 ,抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长 ,并可延长小鼠存活时间。结论 雄黄可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,抑制细胞DNA的合成 ,增强机体的细胞免疫功能等多种因素发挥抗肿瘤作用 ,显示出广阔的应用前景。

Objective To observe the inducing effect of Realgar on tumor cells. Methods To take the cell apoptosis and Immunity function as the main parameter and observe the antitumor effects of Realgar on tumor cell in mice with tumor.Results The Realgar could induce tumor cell apoptosis and inhibite the growth of tumor and prolong survival time in micewith tumor.Conclutions Realgar could execute antitumor effect by inducing apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibiting synthesis of DNA and strengthening the cellular immunity function.
