摘要
目的：探讨面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕的有效防治方法。方法：将压力法、硅凝胶法及压力联合硅凝胶法３种防治方法在面部增生性瘢痕中的防治效果作了对比研究。结果：压力联合硅凝胶法防治效果最佳，硅凝胶法其次，压力法再其次。结论：在面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕的防治中应优先选用综合防治方法。
Objective: To search effective prevention and curing paths for faces hypertrophic scar. Methods: Compare the effect of the pressure of the silicone gel, of combining pressure and silicone gel in faces hypertrophic scar. Results: The effect of combining pressure and silicone gel is the best. silicone gel is the second. The pressure is the third. Conclusion: We should give priority to combined prevention and curing on the prevention and curing of faces hypertrophic scar.
