认知障碍康复训练对颅脑损伤患者ADL的影响 被引量：13

摘要 目的：探讨认知障碍的中西医结合康复训练对颅脑损伤患者日常生活活动（ＡＤＬ）能力的影响。方法：对两组认知障碍改善效果的观察，用Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数评分法对两组患者在康复前和出院时各测定一次。结果：出院时，患者认知障碍改善程度康复组明显高于对照组；两组Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数有所提高，但康复组明显优于对照组。结论：认知功能的改善对颅脑损伤患者的ＡＤＬ恢复起积极的作用。
