转变我国服务贸易增长方式研究

An Analysis on Transformation of China’s Service Trade Development Pattern

近些年来,我国服务贸易的规模不断扩大,贸易总量在世界排名前列。与此同时,我们必须认识到,服务贸易要获得长远的发展,既要"重量"更要"重质"。因此,转变服务贸易增长方式成为当前我国加快服务贸易发展的关键。本文在分析我国服务贸易概况的基础上,指出我国在服务贸易增长方式上存在着"大而不强"、竞争力弱、技术含量低、贸易结构不合理,以及吸收外资结构失衡等方面的问题和缺陷;进而提出了通过政府支持引导出口结构升级,打破垄断并引导外资流向,大力发展离岸服务外包和加大人力资本投入等转变服务贸易增长方式的对策建议。

China’s service trade has been expanded fast and ranked the forefront of the global trade in these years. At the same time, we must recognize that more importance should be attached to improve the quality for further development of the service trade while the amount increases. So the key is transforming the development pattern of China’s service trade. Based on a review and analysis of the present situation about China’s service trade, this paper points out problems in the service trade development pattern are large-scale and weak competitiveness, low technology content, irrational trade structure, and the imbalance of FDI in service industries. At last, the paper puts forward solutions to transform the development pattern of China’s service trade.
